Orbit robot camera ZP30R system: Composed of track, track car, lifting system, transmission and control system (motor, electronic control, and control keyboard), PTZ, follow focus, camera, and battery.
1. Track: Dedicated splicing track, any combination of straight and curved tracks, standard 6-meter straight track, curved track can be selected according to actual length or angle needs.
2. Track car: 4 × 1 silent track wheels, synchronous belt drive, fully servo intelligent motion control, stepless speed regulation, repeat positioning accuracy ± 1mm, horizontal repeat cycle motion support position data correction, automatic repair of position deviation, speed range 100cm/s to 0.1cm/s; Load capacity > 40Kg.
3. lifting system: Precision three section ball screw electric cylinder, each with a diameter of Ø 147mm – Ø 127mm – Ø 108mm; initial<650mm, stroke 800mm, no shaking during starting, braking, and travel, repeat positioning accuracy ± 0.01mm, program controlled positioning, integrated control. Speed range from 70mm/s to 0.1mm/s, programmable control, quiet and smooth operation, preset position and stroke, fully servo stepless speed regulation; Rated thrust 0.42KN.
4. PTZ: Broadcast grade fully servo PTZ KD-A800PTZ.
5. Follow focus: Broadcast grade follow focus KD-FF06/08, supporting cascading.
6. Control keyboard and control system: Precision intelligent shooting trajectory control system and control keyboard KD-C50R5H.
7. Motor and electronic control: lifting and translation are each equipped with a 48V/200W servo motor and electronic control system.
8. Transmission: Supports wired and wireless transmission.
9. Installation: Supports mobile and fixed installation, ground portable installation, and inverted installation of trusses.
